The Institute for Didactics of Natural Sciences – Institut für Didaktik der Naturwissenschaften (IDN) – is part of the Faculty of Natural Sciences. It brings together expertise in didactics for biology, chemistry, geography and food science.
The learners and the teachers are the heart of our attention. We research and mediate teaching and learning, with a diverse team and four focal points in science didactics.
