Start of a new project to measure digital competences of student teachers in the natural sciences

At the Institute for Didactics of Natural Sciences, a new research project is starting to measure digital competences of student teachers of natural sciences. In their project MeDiaKoN, Malte Schweizer (doctoral student, Department of Didactics of Chemistry) and Dr. Stefanie Lenzer (post-doctoral student, Department of Didactics of Chemistry) are working on the development and evaluation of a test instrument for measuring digital competences of student teachers in the natural sciences. The design of the test instrument will initially be based on the competence area of research and evaluation of the DiKoLAN (Becker et al., 2020). The project is funded by the Joachim Herz Foundation for 18 months.

Further details on the project can be found in the project description (MeDiaKoN).
