Jorge Groß hat taken over the leadership of Biology Education at Hannover. He was initially a professor of Science Education at Otto-Friedrich University Bamberg from 2012, also serving as the director of the Institute for Research and Development of Subject-Specific Teaching (EE-feU). He then received a call to the chair at Philipps University Marburg, where he established a new Biology Education department. Since August 1, 2023, he has been the new chairholder for Biology Education at IDN. Jorge Groß is a textbook author, involved in the realm of digital media, and advises numerous schools and extracurricular learning locations. We are thrilled and warmly welcome his team and him to IDN!
By the way, Jorge Groß originally studied teaching at Hannover and also taught in Hannover.
