IDN visits ESERA 2025 in Copenhagen

The European Science Education Research Association (ESERA) conference took place in Copenhagen from August 25-29, 2025. Leibniz University Hannover was represented by the Institute of Educational Science (Bruckermann group), the Institute for Didactics of Mathematics and Physics (Friege group), and the IDN (Groß group and Nehring group). We contributed to the international discussions on improving research, teaching, and practical transfer in science education through presentations, symposia, and workshops. Under the title "Transitions in Science Education: Sustainability and Digital Advances," key challenges of our time were addressed and promoted creative exchange and critical reflection through innovative formats such as exploratory seminars and interactive workshops.
